They are going to take a big hit this quarter and they are going to be even more vulnerable in Q2 because they don't have a cost structure that allows them to continue to compete on price. This, unlike Nokia in Q2 2004 after the Q1 hit, who was able to stabilize share by cutting cost on selected models. With negative margins there is nothing left to cut. - Eric -
