Bigger problem IMO is this. We are 300 million. China is 1.3 billion India is 1.0 billion. Does anyone think that anything we do in this country will be more than a drop in the bucket, especially with the push in China to modernize and enjoy the benefits of 21st century civilization? We can tax outselves into oblivion, and the Chinese will go on polluting.
