nope never changed.. one time i had three ambulances arrive in the middle of the night to take her to emergency , i guess nothing going on and they were all fighting for the business. last time she had big problem she suffered for three days before i found a bowel blockage. I ended up taking care of it with guidance from dr on call in at 2am. i expect she was too confused to realize what was happening to her. another time she broke two ribs sitting down in captain chair. i assume she sat hard off center and hurt herself. i was not with her when it happen perhaps in another part of the house or out. well three days later she cannot take the pain any longer and tells me her side hurts. i expect scared pain didn't go away and i keep reminding her to tell me what's going on. I doubt we will change her , but it makes it difficult , caregivers love her. ha
