If Nikon wants to plow their money into EuV I'm all for it! The
terms quicksand and quadmire come immediately to mind. EuV just
ain't gonna fly, cool technology, but not practical in a
manufacturing sense.......

Unfortunately I don't think any of the funding will come from Nikon,
maybe it should be a requirement for a foreign company to join!
Maybe I'll E-mail Pena and put in that suggestion. Gotta love it,
Nikon EuV and Canon X-ray.......
