Is this really a tax hike??? If a tax benefit expires...does that constitute a tax hike. To my way of thinking a tax hike is one that is enabled by passing legislation adding a tax to something that was not taxed prior to that time. >>>House Democrats today will propose the largest tax hike in American history<<< This article fails to mention that something must be done because Bush has given us the largest unsustainable Federal deficits in history.
