Mr. Owl - I'm surprised at your comments LOL. As a realist, you are trying to ascribe something "deep" to the bureaucrats and politicians. A true realist would realize that "status quo ante" is the road and that money is the fuel. The hedge funds now control over 1/2 US equity trades and a higher percentage of foreign and derivative markets. Need any more reason?? Catch you later.
