The Arabs havent won a damn thing by this strategy. Thats why the Saudi initiative may signal a break from the past. Of course now there are the iranians who can finance what the next intifada if there was an agreeement. For the saudi initiatve to work, at a minimum hamas must by in at least de facto. One can wait for de jure, but not for de facto.
