That's a good idea....but to get there a lot of special interests would have to take a big hit. When you consider the political power of these special interest groups (from big oil to manufacturing, and health care) it becomes almost an almost impossible objective.

There are over 50,000 registered lobbyists in DC....they are not hanging around to see the sights.
