Bosco, SNET is better than IDTC from a TA perspective. Companies like T got little to gain and much to loose. I would give cable-companies another look. If You got a nice subscriber base, why not getting Your clients telephone services by cable. This way around is much easier than the other since getting cable on POTS is very demanding. <G> Look to the cable industry, valuations not excessive. regards CROSSY
