That’s not my read. My understanding is that the option, at NOK’s request, can be invoked at any time up to the end of 2008. The option invokes the same terms as in the current license, those terms including the same royalty rate. However, according to Paul’s statement (London Day), the signing of the option extends the terms of the 2001 license much further than 2008 ye.

If I could interject, there seems maybe to be some confusion, too. The 2008 date is the date by
which they have to elect whether or not to exercise the extension. If they do elect to exercise the
extension, it actually extends the agreement for a considerable period of time, well beyond 2008.

So it can't be used as a means to simply delay the action. If, in fact, they make this election, it
