Very happy to assist. You may have to tweak the dose....you might find you need to add a pure HCL to one multi...or even need 3 multis......in time you may be able to reduce to one....it varies. Also, I had a gall bladder attack about a year ago.....vicoden for a week every 4 hours....pain unlike I have ever thought possible.....pretty sure I got all the stones out.....since then digestion has been even better since bile is now being used as it should. the gut is complicated and its misery can affect so many other body parts. FLaxseed oil, btw, can be brushed on the skin and it will have the same results along with healing skin problems. Again, the best book is Prescription for Nutritional Healing or Prescription for Natural Cures. Shootie
