Well, you have made progress on this issue. First you were claiming that incoming presidents never fired USA's. And you had sort of a point, the tendency before Clinton was to wait the month or so for their term to expire. With recent appointments, they often would get the ax.

Yes. As I have stated, it is normal when a president takes office. However, firings after that are always due to failings by the USA, usually pretty gross violations of personal responsibility. Until this time. Name some counter-examples if you don't agree with this.
