Second question: "Does submitted data establish efficacy in intended population."

First member focuses with "established"..'clear evidence there is efficacy but ongoing trial will be required to establish efficacy..

They're wondering if they should rephrase the Q..since the opinion is yes, efficacy is there but can't say that the data establishes
