The letters of complaint to the SEC have nothing to do with the Y2K hoax. That's something the computer industry and investors will have to sort out.

My complaints stem from claims made by TPII management (i.e. press releases), and the use of paid shills to promote this stock on the internet under assumed names.

Actually, I never would have bothered to investigate this company if it weren't for the fact that certain individuals that have been touting this stock began harrassing me on other threads, even though I never addressed them directly, nor did I post to the TPII thread before the harrassment began.

Now you have me here for good. Congrtatulations.
