Dell Finds Evidence of Misconduct, Delays Filing Annual Report By Jennifer Sondag March 29 (Bloomberg) -- Dell Inc. said it found evidence of misconduct and delayed filing its annual report as it moves toward a conclusion of an investigation into its accounting. The probe has identified ``a number of accounting errors, evidence of misconduct, and deficiencies in the financial control environment,'' Dell said in a statement distributed by Business Wire today.
