Ok, DNDN panel voted 17-0 that it's safe with caveat that market vigilance be strict re: CVA's

13-4 that it provides substantial evidence of efficacy..initially, the question was does data establish efficacy..panel members were uncomfortable with this..

I'm pleased..too often, necessarily, we focus here on the financial..but the advance of cancer therapeutics into immunotherapy is HUGE for mankind..gene therapy is next!~
