In other words his actions where right because he said they where right? He very well may have done the right thing, but his own assertion that this is so isn't exactly very solid evidence. It's not just his assertion. Evidence is on his side. Republicans rep heather wilson and senator pete domenici both called to pressure him to expand an investigation into involving wilson's opponent in the local election, and then called the doj and the wh to complain. He was then fired for "performance" reasons, but for the two prior years he was repeatedly praised in yearly evaluations. You can believe what you want now. Al
