Christians must love peace. Yes. And peacemakers are blessed according to Christ. Warmongers or people who try to start fights are generally evil. Sometimes it is justified, but if you look back over human history very few wars were actually justified. Only the ones in self-defense usually. Wars of conquest, occupation or imperialistic land-grabs are generally evil and in the end, self-defeating, because the local people resent the invaders and they aren't going anywhere so they fight-fight-fight forever until the invaders are finally driven out.
