Keith,

My understanding from several months ago is that this is in fact the case (i.e. GRM owns 25% of whatever CQL finds at Marmato). However, that being said, what doesn't make sense to me is GRM's current price based on the renewed interest in CQL. Is it possible that when GRM stated that they were suspending their operations at Marmato (in the Aug 29 press release) that they also rescinded the 25% right ? I don't know. For someone (me) that owns ALOT of GRM stock, I would hope that GRM still has the 25% rights ...I would be very interested if anyone does know.

Regards,

Phil Didaskalou
