To my knowledge there never has been an official acknowledgement of what the terms were. The % figures for total land are what one hears. However, I have never seen a claim that Israel was prepared to give most of E. Jerusalem, anything remotely like joint ownership of the holy sites, and remove all WB settlements. If in fact Israel was prepared to do this, they lost one hell of a photo-op by not going public with it.
