Then, by your reasoning, Doctors and Nurses shouldn't take a compentency exam after they get out of Med School.....Nor a Financial Planner, Nor a Lawyer, Nor any kind of Consultant....Just any oldbody, can hang out his/her shingle, and no one will ever know, eh?
Even teachers have to update their Education... Of course, that doesn't mean they really CAN teach the kids....it just means they can go through the motions....
