Saddam never attacked us. He lied to fool the Shias into thinking he had WMD. That has been confirmed now. Saddam was a big A-hole BS artist with a psycho ego and was a terrible man, but only a threat to his only dissenters, he was no real threat to the US at all. In fact his two heros were Hitler and Reagan.
