"One can only wonder just how far "outbound" this "problem" extends, and who else besides Dell it might implicate? Hardly a solo I suspect." How far outbound and how steep? Awfully tiring all these corporate scandals! I guess the light penalties meted out for many of those finally brought to justice makes white collar crime worth the risk! (Always amazed at how severe, in a relative sense, is the punishment for petty theft!)
