So what was ACS 101's role in the Elgindy manipulation scheme. It would be a major egg on face of the SEC if they delayed appropriate steps because some short selling crook wants to continue on with the fraud.

Remember, the SEC couldn't figure out Tony either. It took the Fed's to break up the criminal ring.
