No shit floyd and READ rule 3210. rule 3210 applies to NON-Reporting companies only which is why the "y"'s are ONLY on some pink sheet listings. Can you read 3210 and understand or are you waiting for a call from Alan? I can't believe you are actually willing to continue this debate - being so wrong as it is.
