That source is Israeli. Israel desperately wants us to get into a war with Iran. They see the Iraq quagmire running out of steam, and need something new to keep us in their neighborhood, to have the Great Satan standing right behind the Little Satan, with all his guns. They'd LOVE to have us beat up Iran for them..

I'm sure Rove is telling Bush that a war with Iran will get all these investigations off the front page and turn him back into a "war President". It's probably the ONLY way to avoid being a lame duck for the next two years.

Bush may believe it, but I don't think the American people will believe anything this President says. If he goes to war with Iran, impeachment WILL happen.
