It's true that a few have been made examples of, but most get a slap on the wrist in my book. I won't belabor the point, but I could reel off dozens of cases where the big money crook (like Boesky) goes to 'prison lite' in Danbury CT or becomes a 'philanthropist' (Milken). Some get away with it totally, like Winnick of Global Crossing, and so it goes.
