Yup. Bush will be trying to say that the Dems aren't "supporting the troops", but the Dems have to come back with, "we gave you the money for the troops, we're just not supporting your pet WAR". The people will be with the Dems, and so will a LOT of Republicans, as the '08 election nears. Bush will LOSE.
