Bush has no command of the issues. He is a political frontman with a dirty tricks expert Rove at his side. He usually just does the bidding of big oil, Halliburton, neocon thinktanks, big pharmas, the Saudis and the religious right, and that's all he knows. He is also a scammer, a liar and a deceiver.

His No Child Left Behind for instance. It turns out they weren't counting the 2 million worst scores at all to fake "success" and we now have 40 million illiterate Americans, way up from before Bush took office.
