I hope so.

In retrospect, maybe the combination of CRGN's high burn rate and the fact that there were no SEC filings for a public offering for 454 was a bad sign. You can't really fast track an IPO, so if CRGN had had any interest in spinning 454 off as a public company, we would already know about it. I still don't understand why they didn't at least file an S-1 if they were really worried about liquidity. There's no need to follow through, and it might have led to a higher valuation for the unit.
