Other producers - Rio Tinto RTP owns the Rossing mine in Namimbia Khazakstan Government via Khazak Atom or something like that... There's a South African producer I think Russians may still be exporting. I guess the guy is not counting smaller producers like Uranium Resources Inc. URRE ************ Key point is there are few producers TODAY, right now, and few that have any uncommitted prodcution. That will change in about 3 years or less.
