I tried the gluten-free diet for a while last year, just to see what it was like. It was OK, since I like other carbs like rice and yams. I may give it a longer try to see if it helps clear up some skin problems. But the climate here is murder on skin, so moving to Hawaii would probably be a better solution. ;>)
