The library was appraised using the industry standard low valuation for assuring accuracy. Which means the appraisal in actural purposes is valued much higher than stated.
Included is the basis for the following projects, The Robert Kennedy Assination, The Nixon Biography, The George Wallace Story, and The History of Sports. The history of sports includes Boxing, Auto Racing, Baseball & Football. PLUS footage on WW II and Pearl Harbor for future projects.
The production section of this company also has a 375 film librabry of classic movies from drama & suspense to horro and comedy with some western films roped in. SORRY I had to try and make this a little entertaining. Anyway, This library could generate $300,00 in annual revenues for a period of 5 - 7 years throught video packaging. Which means 3 - 5 films would be packaged together and sold. Not to mention the single films marketed in the same way through retail chains for bulk sales which would provide a steady flow of income to the company. I LOVE REALIZED REVENUES.
ALSO they have 60 - 70 scripts which range from theatrical movies, movies for television and mini or series for television. These could produced anyway from $1,500,000 to $4,000.000 per movie. This level of production usually provides enough capital to recover the intial expenses and a sizable profit margin for the company.
Joint ventures will be used lessen th risk on their film projects. This will also maximize the financial benefits to the company. Creative Canadian vessels are one option along with other such programs in other countries.
Another positive is the Taylor Caldwell Works however there is to my knowledge value of this library however they hold the rights for theatrical and re-publishing worldwide. I have been informed that the projected area of revenues over a 5 - 7 year period would be anywhere between $220 M to $500M. They are in the process of having these works appraised. The books contain great time period movies and religious writings for Television movies.
