So everytime a different party runs Congress they will impeached the President, yeah that's what the Fathers had in mind. Your constitution wouldn't have lasted a year The Constitution makes very clear that partisanship is not acceptable grounds for impeachment. However, in the case of GW Bush, the only people who do not believe he is incompetent are the 30% like yourself who still support him. And frankly, I think you are so partisan, Bush could burn down the White House and turn the US into an authoritarian state and you would still vote for him. In other words, at the present time, you, Harris and the rest of you are bordering on treason.
