I think any consequences are going to have to be large. I don't want to use nukes - I just want to pick a small city and dust it. No advanced warning - just a blistering attack that leaves nothing standing. Then tell Iran to produce the hostages or Tehran is next - give them 3 hours to produce the hostages. Don't give them so much time that they can get people out of the city
