Actually Dems aren't bad at all in foreign policy. During Clinton's Presidency, we were the most loved nation. Now where are we? As far as the budget goes, why do you say that? Isn't $2.9T what was spent last year? I can't remember.

Anyway, I think that when a party goes rogue and stops listening to the American people, we simply have to vote them out of office. This was a great lesson, not just for Republicans, but for all politicians. You can't act with impunity for very long before people vote you out. It had to be done. The next Republicans to come to power may act in a more humble and respectful manner than did Bush and friends.
