John, no I don't work for MSFT (seem to use plenty of their products however). Yes, I see your point. It seems to me though they would be more likely to finish paying for what they have already put a large downpayment on (1.6M shares) --- a buyout. BTW, is it possible CTXS was 'saved' by MSFT's board involvement, rather than burdened? I'm curious. I don't know anything about CTXS but would like your take on what went wrong there; what's the rationale? Thanks in advance.
