I keep nearly everything I'm not going to consume over the next few days in my freezer. Even my ground coffee goes in the freezer every day. Once the package, can or bottle is opened I use it all then, refrigerate for a couple days and use it, or freeze what's left. I darn near poisoned myself years ago before I learned the value of refrigeration and freezing. Don't take chances with stuff you're going to consume.
