When I was a boy, I remember standing looking through the window of my best friends coffin. His Mother, my Aunt was in tears and his brothers and sisters, all 14 of them were crying, my Uncle stood and was a man. My cousin died in Vietnam, and hundreds of gutless American cowards came to Canada, and even today, I cannot stand to be in a room with them.
When one of these people shits on a flag, I remember our wasted sacrifice, so that they could have the freedom to do that. Personally, I am in favour of the American nation disarming itself, Americans have no right to Armed forces because they allow others to spit on them, and degrade them, and Burn them in effigy. They do not treat the Military men with the respect they owe them. The Vietnam vets were forgotten and allowed to live in misery, and I suspect the same will happen to the Iraqi Vets. It is time to say enough, and to allow those who scream for peace to understand that that Freedom was paid for and is paid for in blood. It is time the people who fight for the US and it's Freedom, lay down their guns, and let the American public come to understand what they fight and why they fight.
The Fancy funeral and that tricornered folded flag was not enough to pay for my Cousins life. That is what this vermin need to learn. I can only hope that they get a chance to pay the same price we paid. Because Frankly the freedom to burn Soldiers in effigy, and to shit on the American Flag, should be something you pay for with blood, not because you have had a soft and mostly useless life and you "feel" like doing it. I say if someone burns a soldier or shits on the flag, remove them from the country, take away their citizenship, they don't deserve it. |
