this nice house for sale in Florida for just $129k shows how far things have dropping in some overbuilt areas realtor.com brevardpropertyappraiser.com looks like it was worth $180-200k at the top and a little over $100k prebubble in 2001.. Zillow still has it at $175k<g> zillow.com
