You nay have to fight with your insurance....I did.

one of the methods I used was that no MD I could find locally could make me healthy or even feel better. With that argument they had to let me find MD's that could possibly help.

I traveled 1500 miles for one and near 200 for the other.....in the end the insurance paid for all but the copay and the deductibles.
