I can agree on that, for the most part.

Asian medicine seems to involve the "spiritual" side to health and I find that quite interesting.

I haven't seen enough acupuncture to make an educated or experienced evaluation of it but some people swear by it.

Chronic conditions may work better with other forms of treatment, but again it depends largely on how serious the illness is.

My sister died two years after her cancer diagnosis because a holistic believer convinced her husband not to allow a stem cell recovery treatment on her. SHe followed his advice as she had no choice.

She might not have survived till 80 but she would have gotten another 5 years or so on earth.

Life stats go in terms of 100% or nothing when it's your life that is on the line. You are alive or you are dead.

I have heard arguments about how an additional treatment will only increase your chances of survival by 15%..............that's 100% of your life if it's you that's being talked about.

I"ll take that 15% and hope I am in it.
