I've said it before, and I will repeat.

Dell's trouble began when their officers decided they didn't want to bother with a commute to the Dell plants. They got an attractive office complex right in the Davenport Ranch (Las Cimas) where all the wheels lived, and only went to the factories and work centers when there was a photo-op and free-lunch.

Now all the status was brought to them, instead of them walking through the plants and seeing what the status was. The status they got was not the status.

I have heard there is pressure to move them back to Round Rock.
