John:

I've always appreciated your thoughtful commentary here and objective analysis here. I have a question: Don't you think that ACRT is very fairly valued at this point and may be somewhat overbought at 20. There is a lot that is discounted into these valuations. I am afraid that we could see new coverage initiated by someone with a "hold" or "long term speculative buy" type of recommendation instead of a buy and certainly not a strong buy. Also, if any increased overhead from recent expansion eats into any earnings, stock could drop pretty substantially. The one thing that still seems positive is that the institutions may only have started to buy, although they will be the first to bail at any sign of weakness. What are your thoughts?

Thanks,

JD
