Once again John, you are the voice of reason in an otherwise unreasonable thread. You understand what I am talking about because you actually invest money as opposed to prophesize all day long. Being a "better" investment doesn't mean being a "good" investment, but the fact of the matter is real-estate is a "better" investment today than it was 2 years ago. I'm taking advantage of it in two ways: the first way I have told you, the second way is to buy my Mansion (not McMansion) for 25%-30% off peak prices Spring 2008.
