great thread Suma I do have a medical care cost rant last year a branch cut my eye - it was after hours, so I went to my clinics new urgent care facility put me in a private room, carpeted, leather recliner with remote controls in the arm to watch a TV that was in the room doc came in - eye was cut - put some drops in it, a bandage on it and a prescription for pain pills and eye drops - gave me the name of a specialist to see the next day cost of that visit? 1200.00
