Sigh. It isn't perjury to lie under oath in a court of law.

Perjury is the act of lying or making verifiably false statements on a material matter under oath or affirmation in a court of law or in any of various sworn statements in writing.

In Clinton's case, the judge ruled that Monica playing Mr. Microphone wasn't material to the case.

Did he lie? Yes he did. Was it important to the Paula Jones case? The judge said no. Now, I grant you that you feel different. But that isn't pertinent.
