Harry: Still plenty of liquidity and the hedge funds have to put their money to work. Don't underestimate the feelings of management to NOT have to comply with Sarbanes and SEC requirements, they are onerous and costly. Would you like to be a CEO like Michael Dell, be signing documents (where your subordinates have assured you proper controls are in place and the data is accurate) and then discover accounting irregularities?
