We recently went to Costa Rica for dental implants and crowns/bridges. What would have cost $30,000 to $40,000 here, cost us $10,000 there and that includes the plane fare, hotel, and vacation side trips. I have NO complaints on the service we received and would recommend it to anyone needing expensive/extensive dental work. We met several from the US in the dentist's office.
