Why not just drop moderation beyond the SI TOU? Better that than a partisan pro-AMD (or pro-Intel) moderator, which the replacement is likely to be. Keep the permanent bans away, but other than that... I've always thought that speed-limit whiners should pay up for ignore, and use it, or shut up.
